1. Order fulfillment - We aim to dispatch you orders within 48 hours from receipt of payment. We use the Parcel Force as our delivery partner and all items are sent on a 48 hour service – unless you upgrade to next day delivery. For standard delivery please allow five working days. In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you immediately to inform you of the likely delay and enquire whether you wish to cancel your order - for this reason, please ensure you provide a contact phone number on your order form. Payment will only be taken from your card when items are ready for dispatch.

2. Payment via Credit/Debit Card - We accept on line transactions with Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Solo. Please ensure all card details are entered correctly onto the order form to avoid any later delays in processing your order. Please include the address to which the card is registered together with alternative delivery address if required.

5. Returns. Great care is taken to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and all goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch by one of our team. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a return authorisation & return the goods to us within 7 days in the same condition as sent ~ to the the shop address:

Please ensure you contact us for return authorisation before your return the goods as queries cannot be processed without it.

We will credit your credit/debit card within 24 hours (but we will not refund postage costs)

6. All orders are completed on a first come first serve basis, and we reserve the right to cancel an order should the need arrise.

7. Any applicable import tax when shipping outside of the UK is the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. We are here to help but should you have reason to complain you can do so by contacting us at the addresses shown in the contact us section or at the foot of this page. We will acknowledge your complaint and will provide you with an estimate of how long the issue will take to resolve and keep you fully informed throughout the whole process.

9. All designs, graphics artwork and copy - including the selection & arrangement of text and graphics, is and remains the copyright of littlepeopledirect.com. We do however grant permission for you to electronically copy or print portions of our web site for the sole purpose of placing an order, reading the guides, terms and other useful content off line. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

11. All items purchased from Little People are covered by a 6 months guarantee. We
will replace or repair any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase. Any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 28 days of purchase, but within the 6 months guarantee period will be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer or we will supply spare parts. We regret we are unable to supply loan products whilst inspection and repairs are carried out. Your goods are not covered under guarantee for misuse or accidental damage, and you will be charged for the cost of the repair. In the event of a dispute to the cause of any faults the manufacturer will arbitrate and their word will be final. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. Our guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

12. We are happy to accept returns if they are in the original packaging and have not been used within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you the cost of the item but not the cost of outgoing and return delivery.
